1 Acceptance of Terms

This agreement applies to all interactions with 877com, including browsing, account creation, depositing, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and contacting customer support.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Security

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • Use a strong, unique password that is not shared across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Do not allow other individuals to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

4 Deposits & Payments

877com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 877com does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside 877com's control.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once confirmed by the payment provider.

• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all withdrawal amounts. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses on the platform.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through arbitrage, coordinated wagering, or exploiting promotions across multiple accounts — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Cricket-season promotions tied to PSL and T20 fixtures are time-limited and subject to the schedule of those events. Fixture changes or cancellations may affect promotion availability.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 877com platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and any other titles in the library — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play before placing real-money bets.

877com uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable game categories to ensure that outcomes are statistically fair and not influenced by previous results. Live casino games are dealt by real dealers in real time using standard gaming equipment. The outcome of any game cannot be predicted, reversed or influenced by either the player or 877com once the round has commenced.

• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 877com platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or promotional terms in bad faith.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine player activity.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted part of the platform infrastructure.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

877com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed promptly. If a self-exclusion is the reason for closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

• Accounts suspended pending investigation will have deposits frozen until the investigation is resolved.
• Where an account is closed due to terms violations, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 877com's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.
• Account closure for responsible gaming reasons can be temporary (cooling-off period) or permanent — this is the player's choice at time of request.
